Construction of the entire insulated and waterproof shell (roof and facades for a total surface of 7200 square meters) with aluminum external cladding and big transparent main entrance wall.

Great polycarbnonate wall composed by three layers of sheets with different aesthetic and thermal-acoustic insulation functions.

20/30 Towers, Achrafieh Beirut

20/30 Towers. Multi-storey tower, residential and executive. Rheinzink titanium zinc facade cladding for a total of 15,000 square meters. Horizontal and vertical seam lock technique.

Tower A, south wall, metallic carpentry, shield covered with photovoltaic panels and perforated corrugated sheet.

Photovoltaic shield with fully integrated modules for an additional 5,000 square meters of facade.

Tower B, titanium zinc cladding in vertical seam lock technique. The glazed balustrades allow the optimization of use of the interior spaces.
