Perspective view on the façade. The villa is a residential building completely built with dry systems.
VILLA TEGONI – PARMA
Side perspective. The intervention saw the use of supporting metal structures for the construction of the walkway, packaging of wall packages with insulation in class “A”, systems of glass balustrades, body scale / lift in stainless steel.
Walk view. The raised structure gains lightness due to the use of glazed balustrades.
Interior view of stairs and elevator. The structure containing the lift and stairs compartment is completely covered in stainless steel.
Interior top view. The glass balustrade and stainless steel convey the idea of strength and lightness to the whole.
